Returns Policy

Refunds and Returns Policy:

Unfortunately, goods cannot be returned if you simply “change your mind”. While Home in The Hamptons aims to provide you with as much information as possible about the products offered for sale on this website in order to assist you with making the best possible purchase decision, we cannot accept returns/exchanges/refunds based on a change of mind or if the product is unsuitable.

You accept you will not be entitled to refuse a delivery of goods nor request a return, refund or exchange of goods you have purchased from this website to this website or physical stores on the basis that you have changed your mind about the purchase of the goods.


Products damaged in transit

Transit Insurance covers all purchases that are delivered. If you sign for goods without inspecting them for any faults or damage then these goods may not be covered by insurance. Please inspect all goods when they arrive, making note of any damage or faults and note it on the delivery docket before signing it. If possible, please take photos immediately after your delivery.

You must notify Home in The Hamptons of any faulty or damaged goods within 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS . Failure to do so will mean that any transit policy will be voided.


Manufacturing Faults:

If you suspect an item has a manufacturing fault, we will replace that item free of charge. You must notify us within 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY .


Incorrect item:

Please notify us within 24 hours if an incorrect item has been sent to you. If an incorrect item has been delivered to you, we will replace it with the correct one free of charge and free delivery.


Goods natural wear and tear.

We will not accept returns of goods of natural wear and tear following delivery.


Delivery times:

We use reputable delivery and courier companies for all our deliveries Australia wide. Unfortunately, we cannot predict how long it will take for an item to arrive as couriers can, from time to time be delayed, which is beyond our control. When we receive an order, we usually contact the courier company to check how long it will take for the item to arrive. We can then advise customers on delivery times.



We cannot accept cancellations of orders once payment is made.
